Gardens are spaces that should reflect your personal style Having a well designed plan is crucial to the success of your landscape.
The Garden Company design service comes together in 3 stages: 1. Design Consultation & ProposalThe design consultation establishes what you want to achieve and what is possible for your garden. One of The Garden Company designers will meet with you to discuss how you would like to use your space. After establishing your requirements and personal style, different materials and plant selections can be discussed endeavoring to inspire you with a realistic dream for your garden.
2. Concept PlansDrawing on your input from the design consultation, our designer will produce an initial concept design for your review and feedback. After any revisions are incorporated into the concept, a meeting will be arranged to present the design concept and discuss the key elements such as spatial layout, focal points, views and vista, and structural features such as Pergolas, Decks, Pools & Spas, Outdoor Kitchens and Water Tanks. You will be provided with a construction estimate as well as a selection of material samples and images to help you visualise your future garden.
3. Construction DocumentsOnce your design concept is finalised we develop the construction documents. This involves the drafting of both hard and soft landscape plans, any relevant elevations and detail drawings with the option to have a lighting plan developed for maximum garden appeal.
Follow Up ServicesWith the planning complete and the construction in full swing you’ll be comforted to know that we provide some follow up services both during and beyond the construction that helps to ensure your garden reaches its full potential. By offering Project Management our designers are on hand during the construction period to ensure your garden maintains its integrity. We can provide you with a quote for this service when you receive the construction documents. To be confident that your garden will perform at its best, our designers are able to put together a Garden Maintenance Schedule for your garden with monthly and annual recommendations. |
